True to size
Just received and they are true to fit size. I wear a 10-10 1/2 D width depending on manufacturer.Upon reading reviews I went with 10 D or regular width. They fit just right with a normal white tube sock. Which is fine because I wanted them for the spring, summer as work boots in a warehouse. If you plan on wearing them in wet cold weather or all season I'd go 1/2 larger to accommodate a thicker sock or if you have wider feet.Otherwise the manufacturing seems outstanding, leather is heavy, need to be broken in. Come with inserts and I got an extra set. All in all really well but and resolable. Seems like more expensive boots I've owned. Will probably order another pair. Added pictures after a couple weeks in and was oiling them up. Wearing them on my warehouse job has been awesome. They require break in but are built extremely well and well worth the price. They come with two sets of inserts which are different so you can switch them out to see what works for you. I wanted these for warm/hot weather and wear a thinner sock with them. They are great. Again try to size and I usually wear a 10 or 10 1/2 regular D width. I ordered 10 and they are fine with a thinner sock. Come fall I plan on another set but in 10 1/2 so I can wear a thicker sock.CheersUpdate 11/11/24, They have held up and broken in quite well. I found them to be stiff so on a hot sunny day I took the laces out and let them warm up in the sun then rubbed them down with redwing boot oil giving them several heavy applications then left them in the sun. After that I wore them like normal and they broke right in. Yes the tongue is thick and can be a little bit awkward inside against your foot. But not a determent. Solved by changing sock thickness. Some wear is great still super comfy. Definitely get another pair. Cheers

Actually Great!!
I'm a regular customer over here. No free product or and type of connection to the maker of these boots whatsoever. I am a NYC Union Carpenter, Local 212 High Rise Concrete carpenters. We basically build the building using concrete forming systems like Doka, Ulma, Pirri and the oldie but goodie Simmons panels. The job site i work on is very unforgiving. Were out in the elements no matter what the season. There's a lot of Rebar everywhere and LOTS of climbing as well. So, it's fair to say i put my boots through hell. On average I get a pair of boots to last maybe 8 months on a good note, and 6 months if we have crazy whether like lots of rain or snow. Ive tried almost all the popular boots with the trades. Thorogood's, Redwings, Timberland, Wolverine, Brunt, and now these Sureways.Right out of the box I was surprised. They feel like a quality boot. I use the 8" so it was nice to see that from the ankle up, they were padded like the whole boot. Alot of the popular brands will just have straight leather there, which sucks in the winter. These were pretty nice. They also felt really good to the touch. Meaning like the bottoms were to stiff or that hard rubber that's found on some of the cheaper boots. I would call these the Brunt Twin. They are more or less a pair of brunt's. The only difference is the $50+ you save when buying these. they also give you a pair of decent insoles. Like a free pair of Dr. Scholls. They also include a spacer like insole. I guess some people need that cause brunt also included something like that. If you need a good pair of boots and the money situation is a little tight, I Highly suggest these. I will say though out of all the boots I've tried, there has been none as comfortable as RedWing. But they come with a $300+ price tag. More than Double what these cost.

Very Comfortable With Good Support
I walk over roundish river rocks quite a bit, and it is common for my boots to slide down the rocks and set me on the side of my foot. I tried two different pairs of boots before I decided to try these. I have waited a few weeks of wearing and use under harsh conditions before I wrote this review. The boots went on easily compared to others, and they were ok to tie up after getting them on. The laces are not speed laces, like I was looking for, but a good pull worked and tightened the laces to my satisfaction. Especially after I re-laced them because of the way the factory laced them prevents all the laces coming tight at the same time. The laces look pretty good and I think they should hold up. The eyelets are all metal, so no problems are expected there. In prior years I bought Columbia boots, but the eyelets were not metal, so even though they worked like speed laces the eyelets failed after a couple of months. Highly disappointed. These eyelets are metal on the Sureway boots so they should last. The boots have a very thick sole, which I thought might turn my ankle, but nothing like that has happened. The boots give my shins and ankles good support. Even after wearing all day in a hot environment here in northern Nevada the boots feel good. Wearing them several days in a row is not a problem. The boots have not caused blisters or chafing anywhere on my feet, but I recommend using thick boot Socks with them. They help when working all day on concrete because they do not slip and hold up well protecting my feet from the hard concrete, probably because of the very thick soles [and socks]. I have not yet exposed them to water.Overall, I found these boots to be extremely effective and durable so far. Highly recommended! AD2

Narrow .. need width sizes …
These boots are just too narrow for my foot. I normally wear a D width .. not even offered in the sizing .. but seem like good quality ..

Ironworker approved - size up for half sizes
These are great boots. They don't come in half sizes, so size up to the next size.
