The suitcase stand was very easy to put together. All of the parts were included, and arrived in perfect condition. It is great for our guest room. The stand is sturdy and a good size.

We travel a lot and packing a large suitcase meant placing it on the floor and packing it bent over or on the knees. These sturdy suitcase stands make a huge differences. I ordered two and they work great for our 30 inch suitcases but they are a little too large for our small onboard luggage, which ends up in the middle, only supported by the nylon straps. These stands were easy to assemble but a word of caution; make sure to follow the instructions carefully. The parts don’t fit when in the wrong orientation.

We received this luggage rack a couple days after we ordered it. It was packed very well. We did not notice any sort of chemical smell as described in other reviews. We ordered the walnut rack. We were able to get it assembled on our second attempt. Instructions forgot to explain that, when assembling, the inner & outer legs need to be the same on both sides; it's easy to open the X so that the legs on one side may be turned around. We are happy with the look and sturdiness. We've already had a guest who used it and it was so much better than putting the suitcase on the floor!

Would have been 5 stars except the luggage rack didn't come with the hardware (8 screws) that was indicated came in the instructions. So, I had to take the parts to the hardware store and figure out the size/length of screws to purchase. It wasn't too difficult, but took me about an hour out of my day to go there, find a person to help me and purchase. It was only a $6 cost, but the inconvenience was more about my time. All in all, the luggage rack matches the decor of my guest room and it was easy to assemble once I got the screws. I'd say, just a little more attention to quality control and this is a good buy!

We love the look of this luggage rack especially the color. It’s a quality looking piece in our guest room and look forward to having our guests try it out. I like the style of the top rather than just the usual straps. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble if you follow the simple instructions to the letter. It’s so much easier to assemble than the metal style that has many parts. It folds up easily and the bottom canvas shelf will come in handy as well. We’re very happy with the purchase.

Very nice looking and sturdy. Well made and the shelf for shoes underneath is a nice touch. We put two pieces in the wrong place but easily corrected the problem.

This rack is for my home when guests are in the guest bedroom. The room is small so having a luggage rack helps to keep materials off the floor. This rack is particularly hefty. It will hold 100 lbs. Was also easy to assemble but helped to have two people do the job.

I found it challenging to assemble this because the holes didn't seem to line up as well as I had hoped. I felt like I was trying to work on a pretzel, holding one end in place while screwing in the other part without having it fold. I am not very handy so it could simply be my lack of coordination. It does seem sturdy and the wood is very nice, not flimsy at all. If you are good with putting things together, this is an attractive suitcase holder for a guest room. For me, I think I'll have my neighbor finish assembling it....

This is an attractive looking and sturdy luggage rack. It was easy to put together.

What a product, easy to put together, give your guest the hotel experience in your own home. I would recommend this as my guest commented it was a lovely touch. Best of all when your guests have left it folds away very neatly.

Set up is easy. Sturdy. And fits our beach house decor perfectly.

I bought a luggage rack on Amazon several years ago. It was made of steel pipes, and it was cheap and crappy. I've always hated it, so I decided to replace it by this product.Despite the price was a bit higher than what I was going to pay, it was well worth it. I work in the airline industry, and I use this type of luggage racks a lot at the layover hotels. This product is clearly one of the best I've used. Very sturdy, well made, and the materials used don't look cheap. I am very happy with this product.
