Quality product that is well priced. Perfect size for 2 cups of coffee or tea. Easily cleaned and kept looking like new. Definitely well insulated, as it keeps warm for a good while. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Baught as fed up of breaking glass ones. I really like this, looks smart, well made and coffee tastes great. Only disappointed is it is only 700ml and not 800ml as expected so get slightly shorter measures, but still worth it.

I struggled to find a cafetiere that would deliver two full-size mugs of coffee, but this one does the job perfectly. The grounds stay in the pot and it keeps things nice and hot so I can have a 2nd cup later - I think last week it was about an hour and a half later. Ok it's not as hot as when it's fresh but still better than warm. I always tend to heat the milk anyway, which also helps. Definitely recommend and arrived quickly too.

Okay, this is not a cafetiere / French press for a big morning coffee infusion, but if you want something that will turn a single scoop of coffee grounds into a mug of coffee, and is robust and compact enough to keep in a desk drawer, you could do worse than this. Can't speak to the thermal properties, as the coffee isn't usually in there long enough!

I brought this as I had just broken my glass one this is so much nicer keeps coffee hotter and easy to clean and use won’t go back to glass one anymore

I have bought two previous models, both glass, both very fragile. This one is well made, and a good price.

I bought this for my Ear East trips because over there they have hot water kettle and tea bags and instant coffee pouches in your hotel room instead of a coffee maker. This beats carrying a mini coffee dripper and a supply of filters. Works well. Love it.
