Sugar-Free - Salt Water Taffy - 1/2 lb bag

Diabetes runs in my family so I'm always looking for sugar free treats. Everyone in my family loved these! Even my nephews, ages 1 and 3.There's no gross after taste and there are a variety of neat flavors.I went and bought the 5 pound bag of these, 1/2 a pound just wasn't enough!

I was sceptical about this purchase b/c I love regular salt water taffy, but I am diabetic so that's a real no-no. I was pleasantly surpised. The taffy was really, really good. The only problem is the normal problem that sugar free products cause a lot of people. If you don't know wha that is, look it up in your search engine. That is the only issue. I will be purchasing this again and enjoying the very near taste of regular taffy that you usually get from AC. Try it ---- trust me!!!

The flavors, texture and freshness of this product were wonderful. It satisfies the sweet craving and there is no sugar. As with most sugar-free products, you have to be careful to limit the amount you eat as the sugar substitute can cause stomach upset and have a laxative effect. This product was simply wonderful for me as I have diabetes and am struggling to find things I can eat without blowing my glucose level.

Sugar-free taffy I think is better than regular, but be careful of eating too many at one time. I find the smaller portion size easier to eat. The assortment gave me a chance to try flavors I've not tried before, which I liked as I fell in love with the cinnamon and the licorice flavors.

I heard a dear friend was longing to have some sugar-free salt water taffy -- this product pleased him and kept him happy while recuperating in the hospital.
