Fixed the problem
Mine stopped working and wasn’t sure if it was the charger or the connector . Opted for the new charger and it’s perfect.

Expensive yet poorly made
Replacement is fine. Ridiculous expensive and really poorly made-hence I had to buy a replacement. Wires at the base of the plug snapped , no chance of repair. So bespoke you have to buy again - should have a fiver - ripped off

Works well, just need to take care to not strain the wire
Order and received quickly. The original one had a weakness where the wire joins the plug. Will ensure this one gets adequate care

Total racket
Absolute rip off. This is such a poorly made product and the cable is so weak - that this is now my THIRD replacement. Annoyingly I have all the tools which need the 20v Von Haus battery. I wish I’d never bought their products in the first place
