They really helped with the side effects of fasting
These came just in time. I did a 72 hour fast and these pill really seemed to help with feeling hungry as well as keeping the side effects of fasting g at bay. No headaches , no body aches , no dizziness. I actually felt really great when it was all said and done. I might even try a 4 or 5bday fast next time thanks to these pills
