I bought an otterbox from Apple and it was totally worthless. The top never stayed on and got lost within a week. Then the dirt and grime built up and it looked like trash. After that the rubbery bit attached to my carabiner started peeling off. This one solves all of those issues and I’ve actually gotten a few compliments and curious questions about it because it does look interesting. The latch/lock works well and the grey and aluminum don’t look dirty or cheap despite me never cleaning the thing. I don’t use the included loop because I prefer my old carabiner to attach it to my belt’s key ring. The attachment point on this case is robust and the whole thing seems well designed and sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. This Aulumu A09 case is a definite standout. Its futuristic design, reminiscent of a Tesla Cybertruck, is undeniably cool. The all-encompassing rubber casing provides excellent protection, and the aluminum locking tab adds an extra layer of security. Installation is a breeze.The case feels solid in hand and offers great peace of mind. The interesting use of mixed materials—matte finished aluminum, rubber, and hard plastic—creates a unique and durable case. I appreciate innovative and futuristic designs. However, form should never compromise function. While the case provides easy access to the USB-C charging port, unfortunately, wireless charging doesn't work for me with this case on.The case's sleek design is initially appealing, but its functionality is severely compromised by a critical design flaw. The uneven weight distribution caused by the oversized rubber feet results in a misaligned charging surface, rendering the case incompatible with wireless charging. This fundamental error undermines the core purpose of the product, which is to provide convenient wireless charging for AirPods Pro.While the design is top-notch, there are a couple of minor issues. The finishing on the aluminum could be smoother, with less sharp edges. Additionally, the lanyard slot feels like an afterthought, as it's clearly cut and grinded rather than being part of the original mold. I would have preferred a fully enclosed hole for easier attachment to a keychain.Overall, the Aulumu A09 is a fantastic choice for those seeking a stylish and protective case for their AirPods Pro. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

I was worrying about how durable this would be since I’m in heavy vehicles all day but it takes the abuse without any problems! You will not notice the additional weight on these covers and I would argue that it actually makes your AirPods look cooler. Very easy to remove and install, only takes a few moments to do so. Very good value as it feels well made. Functionally I REALLY like the locking feature so your AirPods don’t accidentally fall out. These things fit like a glove.

I love this case! It is everything that I have wanted in regards to an AirPods Pro case. I take my AirPods with my everywhere and this case has protected them perfectly. My only gripe, and it’s a minor one as I don’t secure it to a bag or anything, is that the included strap has a tendency to slide through the small opening that it goes through. I have lost it in the car once, and that one experience has prevented me from ever securing it to a bag with the strap. If it were thicker, or if you used paracord that fit through the opening, it would work better - but I wouldn’t trust it to not fall off a bag.

I was a little skeptical after buying a different case for my airpods 4, but this one is fantastic! Love the quality and the aesthetic.Charges great wirelessly too!!

By far the best-looking and best-constructed Airpod Case I've ever had.I was looking for a case with a latch, and this one is just great: made of metal, and a modern 'futuristic' design.Everybody asks me about this case when they see it.Great purchase.

The top of the case is not secure and will fall off to save your time I would not recommend buying unless you don’t care about having to keep putting it back on your AirPods.

ProsLooks really cool, super techy and different compared to other cases. Really well designed latch and materials.ConsIts a soft touch rubber, so if your electronics get oil stains or marks, this will too. Also it doesn't have a magnet in the back so it doesn't support MagSafe (though it will work with wireless charges and a flat magsafe puck, it just won't suspend on a vertical one).Unfortunately I may need to return this, but I really love the design of the case. I wish it was a little slimmer overall and that it had MagSafe.
