Amazing for RSL
This cream was a life changer for me. I did not sleep at all due to rlly bad RSL where I felt like electric current was running through both my legs. I ordered this cream and the following day before bed, applied it generously on both my legs. Even tho I could feel the underlying RSL symptoms still there, within minutes of application of the cream, the sensations subsided significantly and I was able to sleep. I was astonished at how effective it worked.

Works well but use sparingly. It soothes those awful nerve pains. However, too much made my legs kind of numb.

When to use
This cream works to stop the jerky movements in my legs. It is most effective if I use it at the first occurance of unwanted movement. THe longer I wait to use it, it seems not to be as effective.
