Very rigid
I used these to add onto my sim racing rig. The space in the grooves is somewhat larger than my rig, but easily worked with. Very sturdy and rigid and perfect if you just need a couple pieces to add on.

Makes customization easy
Great for adding and customizing your sim rig. Just be sure to use a air compressor and blow it off outdoors due to some metal shavings. And can be cut easily with simple power tools.

Worked perfectly for an unadvertised use.
More than just a 3D Printer part - I needed some structural supports for an awning off my Overlanding rig and these served the purpose wonderfully. Was able to align and bolt down without even having to drill a single hole. Has perfectly supported a 52lb awning through numerous offroad trips. Bravo!

Strong metal, doesnt tear, holds great!
I used these 4080 T Slot Aluminum Extrusions to build a custom frame for my monitor setup, and they worked brilliantly! The 1000mm length was perfect for accommodating multiple monitors, and the solid construction offered excellent stability, which is exactly what I needed for a reliable, wobble-free setup. The black finish not only looks sleek but also adds a professional touch to the entire frame. The slots made it easy to position and secure brackets and accessories, allowing for a versatile, adjustable layout. Overall, these extrusions are ideal for DIY monitor frames or other high-load applications. Highly recommend! Each monitor is about 5-7 pounds.

One 4080 extrusion had uneven cut, otherwise good quality
Purchased a set of two 4080 aluminum extrusion pieces (500 mm). Packaging was solid and both pieces arrived clean with no visible scratches. Would have been 5 stars, but one extrusion has a visibly uneven cut on one end. It doesn’t affect my use, since I’m trimming them down to 490mm, but it indicates inconsistent cutting quality. Overall satisfied.
