I purchased this item as a gift for my brother and he was very impressed with the functionality. I was amazed at the sheer number of health metrics that this smart scale measures and thought I'd purchase one for myself. The device arrived securely packaged and was very easy and simple to set up. Pop in the 4 AAA batteries, set it on a hard flat floor, download the app and within just a matter of minutes I had created my own personal account, paired my new smart scale to my iPhone, and connected the scale to both bluetooth and my home WIFI network. Very easy and fast. I've made my initial measurements and I'm now ready to get serious with my weight loss goals for 2020. You can pop on the scales whenever you like and you do not need your phone in hand as the scales will take your measurements and will use WIFI to upload the data to the Runcobo cloud service. The next time you open the app on your phone the data will appear in the app. I also love the fact that all of the data captured by the Runcobo scale also instantly uploads into the Apple HealthKit application which acts as a repository for all of your health information including body metrics and workout data. Track not only weight but your body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, body type, fat free body weight, subcutaneous fat percentage, visceral fat, body water percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, muscle mass in weight, bone mass in weight, protein percentage, basal metabolic rate (BMR), and metabolic age. It's amazing to have this information provided to you in just a few seconds by standing on the scales each day as you track your progress. All of this information provides useful insights to your overall health and shows areas that need improvement. So, this is a very useful tool that provides a wealth of information and it appears to be very durable and well made unit and is an absolute breeze to set up and use. This will help make the journey to healthier living easier to attain and faster to achieve I believe.

I was attracted by the style first. The pattern of the 4 large panels that serve as the electrodes to measure the body health indices are beautifully designed like space age. They are not like those 4 small metal panels on many other smart scales. They cover almost the whole scale face, I will never miss to touch the 4 panels at all. It is thin and relatively light weighted. The 4 round corners were designed the right way, right size, and visually very pleasant. Simply put, when I see it, I like it and want to use it. Now I love it. Some of the reasons, besides the nice look and feel, are: 1. It can't be any easier to use. No switch to turn on and off. Just hop on the scale and read the well lit yet not too bright number instantaneously. 2. The bluetooth connection immediately put the weight and all the 14 body compositions indices on my iPhone. I learned for these 14 very important numbers about my health. Now I'm more conscious about getting all the 14 parameters under control. 3. I also like the scale with WiFi connection. It’s so convenient, never to worry about losing connections, if my phone is close to the scale or not. The scale will send the data to my phone through WiFi, wherever my phone is, or actually just to my account directly. 4. The app has beautiful and useful data tracking charts of all the 14 parameters. I can also compare and monitor the changes of data. I can share the charts and data with my family and friends. 5. All my family members can also use the scale at any time. The measurement data is seamlessly recognized and assigned to each person automatically. That is so cool! 6. The weight seems very accurate. The App also shows the trend for data obtained in AM or PM or All Day. One thing needs to be aware is: if you want to compare the data, you better do the measurement in a consistent way, like same time after the morning shower, with the same dress or no dress. I fall in love with Runcobo smart scale, and it will keep my health in check for a long time to come, and my whole family's health too! Thank you, Runcobo, for such a great product!

Recently my very basic existing body weight scale broke and it was time to replace it. I enjoy gadgets with bluetooth technology as long as they are well-made, user-friendly and work as described. This scale checks off the boxes on all of those things. It was very easy to set-up and I was able to begin using it in a bout 10 minutes. After it was delivered it sat on our kitchen table for a few days while I was busy with work. My wife, a nurse, couldn't take it anymore and had to open it. She loved the design and feel of it. We got it working in about 10 or so minutes....set-up was very easy. In fact, she now refers to it as "our scale" and it has taken the place of what used to be her own scale in her bathroom. Having all 14 indices on my phone was easy with the WiFi connection and you don't need to be near the scale for the bluetooth to work. This provides so much more data than the antiquated body weight scales we were using for years...it provides body mass index (BMI), body fat %, etc. As I am determined to lose 20 pounds this scale should be very useful in my mission. This is a great buy for the money and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Really like the features on this scale. It's good to see how the overall body composition (BF%, Muscle Mass, Water Weight, etc) changes over time beyond just the usual number on the scale. Package arrived safely, without damage. The mobile app is easy to set up with a new user profile. It is also great to see general trend analysis based on the amount of time you've been using the scale and whether you are achieving your goals. That said, there are some components about this app and the device that prevent me from giving it a full five stars. - The WiFi connection is spotty when it comes to syncing the data. That said, the Bluetooth feature is great provided you have the app open and your phone is within proximity - The measurements for weight and BMI must be using the standard US scale, because I am athletic with minor fluff, but the application classifies me as overweight by 30 lbs, where my doctor says I could stand to drop 5 - 10. So it really does not take physical build into account. Keep in my that this is a digital scale and that measuring your weight daily will drive you mad because it's a substitute for an actual BF test. But it is a solid barometer to check your progress. Well worth the investment.

I currently own one of the older models and this model is an upgrade! It’s bigger and has a very sleek design. The color white scared me at first however I’m pleasantly surprised at how it doesn’t show feet prints or marks. The product is super easy to use and set up. It’s takes less than 5 min to set up and less than a min to get your body results. This is very detailed as it shows more than just body weight. It measures body fat, muscle mass, BMI, and much more. It’s something of a miracle to get all those results without having to go to a doctor. This certainly can help pinpoint areas you may need to work on. I would definitely give this 5 stars! I think my favorite part of this product is the fact you can compare your weight for as long as back as you’ve used it. You can compare your weight to previous years down to the day. I’m very pleased with this product.

Now that I have been using this beautiful instrument for two months, I feel competent to write a meaningful review. Positives: Sleek appearance, quick determinations, accurate information, easy to use, works best when both WiFi and BT connection is established, lots of useful biometric data, can be used by more than one user and keeps data separate. Negatives: Difficulty initially getting the WiFi connectivity. It repeatedly states my connection is lost and I need to reconnect. Odd since I have a WiFi repeater in the same room and have a strong signal per my iPhone. Yet this may still be a problem on my end. It took a while to find the Support info in the Runcobo app. Now that I have it, I'll reach out to see if we can trouble shoot the connectivity issue. Much more useful and reliable than two previous electronic scales that I had. Easily merges data into my iPhone apps. I highly recommend this scale!

Listen, I’ve been in a toxic relationship with bathroom scales for decades. Most of them lie, some ghost me after two weeks, and at least one seemed personally offended every time I stepped on it. This little white wonder, though? Compact, sleek, durable and shockingly polite. It fits neatly in my bathroom corner without screaming, “Look who’s back again at midnight with tacos!” The app syncs instantly—like, faster than my Wi-Fi has ever synced anything. It doesn’t just track my weight, but also body fat, BMI, water, muscle mass…basically everything short of how much guilt I carry from eating cheesecake. My son uses it too, though his feet hang off a bit. Still, it somehow calculates his stats without asking me to sign a waiver. What I love most is the consistency. I can weigh myself on Monday, cry a little, come back Tuesday, and it tells me the same number without gaslighting me. That’s trust. And for the price, it’s like getting a tiny personal trainer—without the whistle or unsolicited motivational speeches. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Unless you’re hoping for a scale that lies kindly after pizza night. This one tells the truth. Every. Single. Time.

I am very happy with the Runcobo scale. We had an old scale that was not providing consistent readings, and decided to upgrade to a wifi/bluetooth scale with more features. Initially, I purchased a different scale because it was listed as "Amazon's Choice." The Withings scale was very difficult to set up, and was very inaccurate. Ten out of ten readings were different, 3 separate times! I then tried the Fitbit Aria scale, and although this was much easier to set up, and more expensive, Ten out of ten weight readings were different 3 separate times. My wife and I found the Runcobo scale and really liked the features, but were very skeptical due to the last two experiences. The set up was easy, except for one small glitch. I called the toll-free customer service number expecting to just get a message, but actually connected to a live agent. It turn out, with IOS 13, location services needs to be enable 1X for the app to set up appropriately. The agent was very helpful, and said they are working on a fix for the glitch. But as long as location services was enabled for the app, the second set up for my wife was easy and flawless. What I really like is that you step on and step off initially for the scale to calibrate. I weighed myself 10 times and my weight was exactly the same! This scale is much better than any of the other scales, very accurate, has great customer service, and the app has many more features than all the other scales. I am definitely sold on this scale!
