Ultimately this does exactly what it’s designed to do. I have a fairly shallow nipple so it made latching for kiddo pretty tough. (They are only two weeks old so hopefully that improves.) With this, as time has gone on they are latching for longer and longer. Only a couple of small issues, the nipple is pretty long so it leaves a decent sized air gap in the tip, I would love to see different lengths so that we could start transitioning to no shield. The tip of the nipples is also pretty thick, which I guess would help for pain, but that’s not my issue so thinner would be nice. But ultimately hasn’t imposed a problem thus far.Again, all in all, is great and I think it’s also the cheapest on the market, which is awesome

I had a difficult time breastfeeding TMI but my nipples got raw. They hurt all the time. I was in so much pain and I had such issues with latching. These are godsend. Were they covered the nipples? Made it easier for the baby to get a better latch. She latched on so well to them. She got so much more milk. His little tiring in the middle of the night when you're flustered and they keep knocking it off. But for the most part these made breastfeeding so much more convenient and so much easier. And if you do have raw or cracked nipples, it does give your nipples time to heal and they're not in pain while your child is breastfeeding. At least that was the case for me
