My coworker told me about this product after I complimented her jacket, it looked brand new & I started telling her about a jacket I have that needs to be washed but the dirt stains on the bottom of the sleeves never come off. She recommended that I buy this kit and I did; I was weary about how it worked but I tried it and must admit I was impressed-nothing like this on the market & it really works, gets stains out, easy to use and faster than normal washing routine!! I almost took a start of for the lame instructions! All they needed to say was throw one towel in per 5 garments, make it simple. Anyway, very easy to use, good results though I think the blanket needed two towels.... That's my bad but for an experiment, it turned out well! No clumping of the fur on the blanket which was exactly what I wanted to avoid! No strong odor from the towels. Didn't need the spot cleaners, so I can't speak to those. Price is fine and shipping time and cost were fair. I'll buy again if it's still being carried, that is a complaint of mine but that's about Amazon at large, not this product.
