“Delicious”???
This tastes like powdered cement with chemicals. I took it dissolved in water. Absolutely disgusting. I feel nauseous even though I quickly followed it with orange juice and a sandwich.P.s. tried a different kind & was far better. This product is definitely terrible.

Advertised as a product that can also be taken internally but came with instructions as beauty product for hair and skin only; which is misleading so am returning

It do not deposit any color to your hair.
Very good to give vitamin C. It does not deposit any color to the hair. I used it as a mask on my face too.

Is this safe to consume?

Has wet sand consistency to it.
Nothing in my blood test indicated this lowered my cholesteral as some claimed. Nonetheless, it was like working with wet sand. It was difficult to make a tea or a smoothie with this powder.
