Excellent quality for money. All items are perfect and very very sharp. The customer service is one of the best I've encountered so far. I had a minor problem with one of the scissors and they not only matched my expectations to fix the problem but walked the extra mile to gain a customer for life. I cannot find enough stars to match my customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend this product and the team behind.

Quite nice but in my view incomplete as no nail clippers included but several other items whose purpose remain a mystery

Edit: in fairness to supplier they sent me a new one straight away which was properly sealed. As such I've increased the stars to 5. Can't really complain with that customer service!So got this today and have given every tool a go... But before getting into the tools, I was disappointed to find the seal on the box was already opened, not sure if the one I received was a customer return, so I dipped all the tools in IPA to make sure they here hygienic, not something you should really have to do with a new set, and the reason I can only give 3 stars right now.I'll be honest and say the reason I chose this set was to try out 3 Swords tools, and this set offered all the tools I wanted at the best price. The pouch I didn't like from the photos, but it actually looks a lot nicer in person!! Shame it doesn't come in a plain brown, but I imagine this would make a nice gift for a woman - unless you get an open set like I did.The tools on initial use seem brilliant, all very sharp and just right for the job (no nasty crushing clippers in this set). Scissors cut my nails no problem and the file is very well cut, almost as smooth as a glass file. I'm particularly impressed with the cuticle remover tool, the red end is soft rubber so perfect for tidying up the overgrown sections.If these tools hold up I'll revise up to 4 stars in the future, but right now my joy at using the tools is slightly dampened by the fact I feel like I've had an amazon warehouse product rather than something brand new.

Tools are of good quality, but the purse broke after a month.

The case is very nice, but that was the least of my concerns. As long as the tools do the job, it could have come in plain brown box for all I care, lol.(Some cheapo's i have had in the past were crap quality)This item seems to be reasonably good quality, working well so far.Worth the price.

Just what I wanted - a stylish case that fastens easily and looks good. All items are of decent quality and I would recommend to anyone.
