I've had extremely dry skin since I was a child. My dermatologist recommended this lotion and I gave it a try. It works really well! Yes, smells a bit funny at first, but that's expected with a fragrance free product. The smell quickly dissipates.After using this for about a week I no longer had flaky peeling skin!This did cause a bit of irritation (bumps, itchiness) for me when I spent extended time in the sun, so I learned I need to be diligent to wear sunscreen when I'll be out in the sun for longer than 15 minutes. I read somewhere online that this reaction has to do with this lotion being an exfoliator.I've already reordered it. The true test will be how my skin does with this over the winter months.

I have always had these tiny bumps on the outside of my thighs and I asked my dermatologist about what I could do about them. Not only did my little bumps go away, but several people started commenting on hope incredible soft my skin is.A little goes a long way. The pump never fails me. I dry off after the shower and immediately apply and then wait a little bit before I put clothes on.One con: it does not smell good. However, it absorbs quickly and the scent goes away. When I sweat later in the day, I never notice any sliminess or stickiness. I do not apply this beyond my neck.

It’s a bit pricey and it smells like cat pee, ammonia and spoiled milk but it works. I have seen results. It makes my skin slightly lighter koz it removes the dead skin cells. I bought it because I have chicken skin and I have seen a little improvement on that part. The smell goes away after a good 15 or 20 minutes. It moisturizes and feels grease a bit but the greasy feeling will go away too don’t worry. Yes people will smell it on you that’s why I put it at bedtime. I bought the 15% to see if it will work faster for the chicken skin.

I got this to help with my strawberry legs. They get so dry and when I apply this right out of the shower my legs absorb all of the moisture! It stings a little and smells like oatmeal, but it’s incredibly high quality. If the texture is incorrect just shake it. It does not leave a white cast on the leg like other brands.

I absolutely loathe lotions. I hate applying them. I hate the greasy residue. I hate the overly perfumed mess that causes me migraines. I would rather deal with skin so dry that wearing clothes or the sheets on my skin is painful (if you know what I mean, you *know* what I mean). I also deal with acne, psoriasis, contact eczema, and KP (to list a few). So, I had avoided any lotions for 41 years until someone in one of my FB groups who deals with the same issues I do (hEDS/JHS/HSD) turned me on to this stuff. It's absolutely amazing...now that doesn't mean I like applying it as someone who's lived 40 odd years without a lotion habit, but it does mean that I do use it daily (or at least every other day depending on my shower schedule). I even moved to a cold high desert and I have better skin than I ever did in a warmer humid climate because I'm actually using this lotion regularly. So here are the reasons I like it: 1) if not applied too heavily (one squirt per leg is enough), this stuff sinks in within minutes. I can put some on my hands and use my phone two minutes later or handle food or do anything else without feeling like I'm covered in oil (ugh hate that feeling). 2) I no longer have painful sheets/clothes problems because I'm actually using this stuff (see #1). 3) there's no perfume or scent that will give me migraines. It doesn't smell the best upon application (some people say it has a bit of an ammonia scent, but that's gone in seconds), but that doesn't bother me. 4) I can use this without breaking out. 5) when I do slip and stop using it and my skin starts hurting with any contact, this lotion also provides negative reinforcement because it stings (no seriously, this stuff stings on open wounds or really dry skin) which helps remind me that I *can't* go days without using lotion or bad things start happening. Anyway, if any of the above resonates with you, give this stuff a try. It's truly a game-changer.

This product works well for getting rid of bumpy skin, dryness, and smoothing the skin. It's good quality in terms that it is not sticky or very oily. The absorption works fast. However, one bad thing about this product is that once it starts setting into the skin, it starts having a smell similar to hair bleach. I've noticed a great way to combat this smell is to use a lotion or other product that has a stronger smell that you enjoy. Otherwise this product works great for it's intended purpose.

Using this daily, I use it for in the evening as it does have a little bit of a smell, but not so much where you would avoid doing it because the results are amazing if you have those white bumpy spots on your legs from the summer from dryness with a good exfoliation with a acid in the shower then using this after you can start your regimen slowly, exfoliating exfoliating away and your legs become smoother, but you need to be consistent

We got this while it was on sale, but didn't use it for a couple of weeks because we had an opened bottle already. We opened it a few weeks later, only to find it had an odd appearance and texture. Checking the dates on the back it appeared to have expired. We concocted Amazon customer service and were told they would ship us a new one, even though it was a day past the return date. We never received it.Beyond that, this stuff is magical. Maybe TMI, but: this stuff cures athletes foot and jock itch. I don't know if that's what it's intended for, but everything meant for itchiness never worked unless it was steroids from a doctor. This stuff on the other hand, holy cow, it seems to help with all kinds of skin issues. Be careful, obviously, but this stuff is worth trying on just about anything that's not an open wound. Just be sure to wear sunscreen on exposed parts.Oh, and it's true... it smells like... pepto bismal and barbecue.

It's worth the money very good quality product, but the smell takes a while to adapt.

This cream has been extremely moisturizing & I’ve definitely noticed a difference on the dark spots on my legs. As other comments mention scent is strong at first but I appreciate the fact there’s no added scents in there so it doesn’t bother me at all. Will definitely be buying again
