I suffer from lower back pain after an injury many years ago. As the day goes on I can gradually feel the muscles tightening up. I've never tried a back support before so this was my first foray into an aid designed for the problem. The material and construction is top quality. You can't feel the vertical supports at all. For me my backache is exacerbated by bad posture and this belt really makes you aware of the position that you're in. However, my problem is that I'm short-waisted so although the belt is comfortable when standing, it digs into the upper part of my torso when sitting which is a real shame as this is the time when I need it more. In hindsight I think I would have been better off with a large instead of the medium to give me scope to loosen the belt more when seated. I haven't yet tried it when walking as this is another time when I need it but I'm sure that it will fare better when I'm upright. I can't mark this support belt down on my own failings as it's so well made and a lot of thought has obviously gone into it's design and I would recommend it.

SEEMS TO BE QUALITY BUT NOT BEEN USEING IT LONG ENOUGH TO SAY

First impressions are good. It comes neatly folded with a band around it to keep it together. I wondered which way around it goes but before getting to the instructions, I noticed the word ‘up’ on one of the large Velcro straps. I’m a size 16 in clothing and I would say that the size that I got (which is hopefully written just above my review) is ideal but probably wouldn’t go much bigger. The straps that do up are large and soft and are very comfortable to do up and wear. I also found that when sitting down, it didn’t ride up until quite a bit later, and was easy to pull down. The quality seems amazing and when it comes to braces, Fitomo are my favourite brand as I find everything to be good quality and have no excess bulk. The brace felt like it did help me as my joints felt more stable. Also, this did not add to my size, if anything, I’d say it pulled my tummy in a bit which is a very welcome bonus! I would highly recommend this.

This is not an item you would normally think of as being stylish. However, this one has been made so well that it not only does a great job in supporting the back, but also manages to look good whilst doing it. It has the standard style of fastening with the first wider belt wrapped around the waist first and secured with a Velcro grip, then the elasticated secondary belt is pulled as tight as you wish and again secured via Velcro. A great feature is the removable centre support which when in place gives a much firmer / stronger support but can be removed to enable all day use if general support is required. Great product and I am happy to recommend it.

This belt, described as having a 3D lumbar pad and 6 flexible supports within a 0.5mm ultra-thin, one-piece seamless yoga fabric, seemed like the perfect blend of comfort and functionality I was looking for. Upon receiving and wearing the belt, the first aspect that stood out was the exceptional comfort it provided. The yoga fabric felt nice and soft against my skin, eliminating any concerns of irritation or discomfort often associated with wearing support garments for extended periods. The ultra-thin design and seamless construction contributed to a barely-there feeling, making it a discreet option under clothing. However, despite the comfort and ease of wear, I found the belt's effectiveness in providing the expected back support and relief from discomfort to be less impactful than anticipated. While it did offer a sense of support around my waist, it fell short of significantly addressing the back issues I was hoping to mitigate. The belt's presence was more of a gentle reminder of posture rather than a solution to the underlying conditions. The inclusion of a 3D lumbar pad and flexible supports are thoughtful design elements aimed at targeting lower back support. Yet, in my experience, these features did not translate into the level of relief or support I needed. The effectiveness of such a support belt may vary greatly among individuals, depending on the specific nature and severity of their conditions.

Non credevo possibile che una fascia potesse darmi tanto sollievo ed invece.... Ho un ernia che si appoggia sul nervo sciatico e lavoro in una toelettatura, quindi in piedi e/o piegata per qualche ora. Ora esco e non ricordo nemmeno di avere una schiena.

I purchased this fitomo back brace after a mild back pull. It has been awesome! I am in my 60’s and try to stay active but if I’m on my feet for a long time my back starts to ache. If I put on this brace it keeps my posture straight and I do not end up with a achy back. I can wear it under my clothes and it is thin enough that no one even knows I have it on. It is very easy to put on, stays in place all day. I forget I have it on because it’s so comfortable. It is adjustable so quite easy to adjust to the right fit for you. Easy to clean. I have been using it for several months and absolutely love it. It works the same as it did the first day I purchased it.
