EXCELLENT. JUST absolutely fabulous. Blows Miele and Jura clear out of the water.
Absolutely wonderful! Makes the best cappuccino! Super easy to clean the milk system. This is far better than the Miele machine I had (6350 model) and has a removable brew unit which can be removed for cleaning (which Jura does NOT have) -- It's really the best of whats out there. The Screen is beautiful and plenty responsive. Cup warmer works best when you turn cups upside down to build-up heat inside the mug/cup. The Stainless Steel model is the only one that has the cup warmer, if you don't need the stainless steel design or the cup warmer, go for the less expensive version. It's an awesome machine either way way and thats coming from someone who sold super-autos for 22 years! This machine warms-up quickly and makes an awesome espresso -- milk based drinks are a breeze, foam is delicious and works well with Almond Milk (which is all I use). The water tank is HUGE and the dump-box/drip tray are very intelligently designed for ease of waste removal and cleaning. I really can't say enough good about this. It's one of my absolute favorites!

Great coffee with tons of choices in a sleek package
Euro coffee fan here. Owned Jura S9, Jura Ena micro 5, Phillips Lattego 4400 and multiple pod machines. This one is by far my favorite. Really a plug and play product that looks cool, makes great coffee and is user friendly. The coffee tastes delicious and we're not even through the break in. There are plenty of customization options. Like a lot... Lots of coffee choices and the World Coffee feature is nice for new drink ideas. Read the manual or dig around the settings menus because there's stuff tucked away you don't want to miss. The size is a bit deeper than our Phillips Lattego but about the same footprint of the Jura S9 we had before that. This machine is well insulated so the sounds are muted and I appreciate that. The milk container pops in and out easily and is super simple to clean. I like the remote app. I can get up and as I turn off the alarm, I can turn on the machine. By the time I go to the kitchen, it's ready to go. I keep cups on the hotplate overnight so they're nice and warm. Cons: The hopper lid seems to just rest on the beans and static cling to it. When refilling, beans managed to escape all over the counter. I printed an extension to make the hopper itself 60mm deeper (look for the Siemens Eq700 in stl websites). Keeps the beans off the lid and we don't have to refill so frequently. Milk drinks start out warm/hot, more on the warmer end. Needs just one more extra-extra hot setting. Pro-Tip, when unpacking and wondering what they're talking about with the blue cold milk thing is, it's already in the coffee dispenser nozzle. The black is for room temperature (long shelf life) milk that is popular in Europe. And the other hose is for containers like the long life milk boxes, not just a random extra hose. Overall a great machine. We paid a little more for the stainless steel and it matches out black and silver appliances beautifully. If you're looking for a nice quality machine to up your coffee game, this is it. Happy caffinating!

Don’t buy!
I’m convinced these positive reviews must be fake. I was really excited to use this machine, but the experience was disappointing from the start. It took nearly two hours just to test the water, adjust the filter, disassemble and clean all the parts, and put everything back together—following the instructions and online videos exactly. When I finally went to power it on, the machine would only turn on intermittently, and sometimes it shut off randomly. I did manage to make a few lattes, but they were the worst I’ve ever had—extremely watery, even though I used Starbucks beans. Truly disappointing. The only silver lining was that the Amazon return process was painless, aside from having to ship it back. Another issue: the manufacturer recommends cleaning the interior and certain parts after every use. When I opened the right side of the machine, I found not just coffee stains but actual piles of ground coffee collecting at the base. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bosch 800 Series TQU60307 Fully Automatic Espresso & Coffee Machine Review
### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bosch 800 Series TQU60307 Fully Automatic Espresso & Coffee Machine Review I purchased the Bosch 800 Series Fully Automatic Espresso and Coffee Machine on Black Friday, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Delivery was quick, and this is actually my very first coffee machine. 🛠️ **Setup & Assembly** Assembly took me about 20 minutes since I carefully read the manual step by step. Now that I know the process, it would only take a few minutes. The instructions are clear, and the machine guides you through each step on the screen. Bosch also has excellent video guides on YouTube, which make the process even easier. 🥛 **Customer Support Experience** I did run into an issue with the milk system at the beginning. I called Bosch on a Saturday (yes, Saturday!) and they were incredibly helpful. It turned out the problem was with the milk container, not the machine itself. They sent me a replacement part at no charge, which was a pleasant surprise. ☕ **Coffee Quality & Daily Use** Now I get to enjoy real coffee every morning before work. The taste is rich, the aroma fills the house, and it feels like having a café at home. The machine offers more coffee options than I’ll ever need, and everything is highly customizable. 📱 **Smart Features & Connectivity** One of the coolest features is the built-in Wi-Fi and smart app. You can control the machine remotely, which means I can start brewing coffee while I’m still in bed. By the time I get to the kitchen, my cappuccino is ready. ✨ **Other Highlights** - Self-cleaning and automatic shut-off when not in use - Sensor alerts for low water, missing tray, or if you forget to attach the milk container - Easy-to-use display that walks you through every step 💡 **Overall Impression** This is a **WOW unit**. It’s simple to use, packed with smart features, and delivers excellent coffee every time. Bosch’s customer service impressed me just as much as the machine itself. Highly recommended for anyone who wants café-quality coffee at home with minimal effort.

This coffee maker not only is specialty coffees, but my drip volume coffee maker
I was nervous about purchasing this product due to the mixed reviews. The cost and the mixture of views kept me from pressing purchase. For the record, I am a coffee snob and love dark coffees mixed with low-fat low-calorie items After having the product a week, the product is amazing. A+ I needed to call customer support upon receiving the product because the side, milk container, would not suck up the milk. After consultation with a quick five minute phone call to their immediately responsive customer service hotline., come to find out I installed a small piece incorrectly upon receipt of the product Within five minutes, I had a cappuccino, a flat white, and a café con Leche phenomenal ! I’m using Petes dark roast and 4% whole milk All of the coffee varieties are amazing. As a person with a lot on my plate, you need to know the machine cleans itself Before each drink, the machine cleans itself, and after the last drink is made it cleans itself I was able to purchase an open box item on Amazon for $1200 instead of the $2000 and it was a purchase that a person returned without ever trying the machine. You can do the math. I highly recommend the machine, the quality of coffee is amazing and the temperature is just right. The coffee is slightly too hot to drink when it’s first made but after a minute or two it drops to a reasonable temperature and is perfect for consumption. Another cheat code to have steamed and frothy milk for your lattes, cappuccinos or any milk based product is to leave the milk out to have it reach room temperature before you make the coffee or you can get European shelf milk, which you can leave out for multiple days without it becoming an issue this milk comes in small containers like apple juice box containers for kids lunches Best of luck to you. I hope you find the machine that’s right for you.

An outstanding coffee maker!
So, you're probably wondering why "an outstanding coffee maker" has four stars, right? I'll come back to that. Pros: This is a wonderful machine. Fancy coffee, to me, was a mystery because I never knew what was in a macchiato, cappuccino, frappuccino, etc. These were fancy words used when going to a Starbucks, a convenience store that sold Starbucks bottled coffees, or some upscale coffee house. Up until I purchased this, coffee was some grounded-up stuff put in a filter in a generic coffee machine located in the nearest work break room near you. With enough creamer, sugar, and insulin shots, you could make that swill bearable, but it still wouldn't be great. All that being said, this thing does everything for me, which is great, because the idea of grinding up beans, pressing them, and all that would dissuade me from doing more than the generic K-cups I bought for my first-gen Keurig. It has a variety of coffee drinks that it can prepare: Ristretto, espresso macchiato, cold brew, cold brew macchiato, slow brew, flat white, café con leche, café au laIt, Americano, Coronado, red eye, dead eye, and cappuccinos. I don't know what half of those are, but it can do them. So, thirteen options in total. In addition to that, this machine lives up to the term FAEM (Fully Automated Espresso Machine). Did you forget to rinse out the machine when you were done making a cup? No, you didn't, because the machine rinses itself out when it's turned on AND when it's turned off. Did you remember to empty the drip tray? No, you didn't, because the machine will tell you to do that. Did you grind the beans? Nope, it did that. Are you sure if you have enough beans to prepare a cup? It'll tell you if it doesn't. Don't know how to clean it? It shows instructions on it's LCD display for you to follow. It's really not that difficult. I'm confused why some claim that cleaning it is "hard." The machine has a water tank that also comes with a filter in it, which naturally you would replace over time, but it's unnecessary if you use filtered water already. Finally, there is also a side attachment for the milk container that comes with it and a tube you can place in a milk container or some other liquid-holding item if that's what you want to do. Good-quality coffee beans + this machine = a great cup of coffee Cons: God, is this thing expensive or what?! Two-and-a-half THOUSAND dollars is what this thing cost at the time of purchase and, I have to tell you, if I had not landed a 100% WFH job, I would not have considered this. Bosch makes high-quality appliances. My dishwasher, for example, is one of theirs and it does a great job cleaning the dishes. It *also* was not cheap, but I didn't want to repeat an earlier mistake and buy the cheapest dishwasher I could only to have it crap out on me. The axiom "You get what you pay for" holds in that regard, but I digress. As previously noted, this has 13 beverage options and the interface also boasts, through Bosch's phone app "Home Connect", access to an additional set of coffee drink creations. However, this is where Bosch drops the ball. Remember how I said this was $2,500-ish? Their online "Coffee World+", despite its grandiose name, only has FIVE (it repeats "Espresso Tonic" twice) additional coffee beverage options... and this number has not changed since I purchased this two months ago. Also, you'd think for the price of a fairly high-end gaming computer, they'd have more than thirteen coffee options, with five more waiting for you to download if you're inclined. Only 18 drink recipes for $2500? According to ChatGPT, there are a LOT of beverages this could produce if only Bosch just... loaded it in the software. So, why didn't they? Summary: Yes, this is a costly coffee machine, to put it in crude terms, but it is very good at what it does. Almost everything is done for you, except for adding any creams, syrups, or sugars and stirring it for you. However, if you are some celebrity or CEO who, even if they quit their jobs and never worked again, will *never* have to worry about paying their bills and you want a machine that has dozens of beverages programmed in, then you might want to consider something like a Jura-brand Giga 10. They're *only* $5,000 and have 30-40 or so beverages programmed in.

Great machine!
Yes, it is a bit expensive but produces great espresso and coffees. The various types of coffees offered are very distinctive and taste amazing, even cold brew. Great way to explore different coffees that you otherwise would probably not. The milk frother works amazing on whole milk products but not as well on alternatives. You may want to buy another milk container or adapter with the tube just for cleaning as the milk container has an odd shape and not so easy to clean. The touch screen is very responsive, but I worry about the longevity. I purchased an extended warranty through Bosch just in case. The drip tray fills up rather quickly and if you use milk products, you'll want to rinse daily. I place a small cup to catch the rise cycles during power on/off. My only complaint would be I wish the spout went a little higher to accommodate travel mugs. You can purchase the coffee pot to make 16/32 oz of coffee, but as you can see the price climbs a little bit after purchase for an already expensive machine. If you have guests, this is a great conversation piece and everyone loves trying out different coffees and exploring all of its offerings with the gorgeous touch screen panel. The app is very responsive and extremely useful. If you want to string together a series of coffee and/or milk selections you can. Let's say you make a milk based coffee but like extra milk, or want to add a shot of espresso, you can string those two together and save as a favorite. You can now create your favorite cup with a single press of a button.

So Far, So Good
I have only had my machine for a few days. I was a bit afraid to order it because of the bad reviews but, so far, I am thrilled with it. I finally get coffee drinks, like a cafe au lait, made the proper way. It is such a big improvement over my previous $1,000 Philips! Update: I have now had my 800 with cup warmer for a week and I am in love! The machine is more than I ever wished for Another update: After two weeks, I am still in love with this coffee machine. It is beautiful and makes all kinds of great coffee. It is also easy to clean with instructions easy to follow. Another update: I have now had the machine for almost 3 months and am more in love with it every day. No problems whatsoever. I do heat a cup with hot water from it before making coffee. My favorites are cafe au lait and cappuccino.

My daily coffee driver
The Bosch 800 stainless steel model is the best cappuccino, coffee, latte maker I’ve ever owned. It is very simple to set up and making one of the many coffee choices on the screen. Care and cleaning is simple and requires 3 cleaning products, water filter, descale tabs and cleaning tabs. The unit measures the number of coffee products made and details on screen what needs to be cleaned and how to do it at around around 140 pours. The main problem we have is that all our neighbors, friends and the local RCMP arrive daily for coffee. We have been going through lots of beans and milk but well worth it.

Great Fully Auto Espresso Machine
I’ve been using this fully automatic espresso and coffee machine for over six months, and overall I’m very happy with it. It consistently makes delicious coffee — from espresso to cappuccinos and lattes — and has become a regular part of my morning routine. The touchscreen interface and adjustable drink settings make it easy to customize strength and size, and the integrated milk system froths well for creamy drinks. What I like: - Consistent performance: Every drink I make tastes great, and it’s reliable day to day. - Easy to use & customize: The interface and settings give you good control over how each coffee turns out. - Built-in cleaning features: The auto-clean and descaling programs help keep the machine maintained with less effort. The one con I’ve noticed: - Drip tray sometimes leaks: Occasionally the drip tray doesn’t sit perfectly level or the water collects and leaks slightly. It’s not a huge deal, but it does mean you need to watch it and clean it more often than I expected. Overall, I’d recommend this machine if you want a fully automatic espresso/coffee maker that works well over time and produces quality drinks.
