Much better focus and mood

Well it’s a very good product if it’s consumed right but might feel a bit dizzy in the morning if you already have v12 in your diet so make sure it’s balanced then it works right and actually effective

Headaches after continuous usage
This causes headaches after 1st month. I thought it might be because I wear glasses, however after more research on the ingredients got to know that it causes headaches. Things are fine now after discontinuing it.
