These work as well as the theraband bars my physical therapist uses but are much less expensive. Excellent quality. Happy to have an affordable way to continue my arm rehab exercises at home.

This is a useful set of flex bars at a good price. 4 different weights means you can adjust the difficulty of your workout. Very sturdy. Should last a long time!

These are great for older people to regain and maintain strength in the hands, wrists and arms. The problem is they are from China and have a warning label that they can cause cancer. Be prepared to use gloves if you buy this particular product. They made my hands itch before I wore gloves .

My issue is I am loosing grip strength in my hand and I find this product to be useful in exercising my wrist and thumb.

These resistance bars are an excellent design for all types of people to use!! Using them works out stiffness in the body. These flexible bars are great for weight loss and strengthening one’s grip on items!! Definitely worth the price!!

Bought those for my husband to help with tennis elbow. He likes these and feels the exercises are helping. These are durable built to last.

The devices appear to be well made and perform as advertised.

Matériel de très bonne qualité et excellent pour le tennis elbow. Après l'avoir utilisé pendant 3 semaines, je note déjà la différence. Si vous n'êtes pas habitué au sport, je vous recommande de commencer avec la barre jaune, vu que la verte offre déjà pas mal de résistance

Un buen producto que, con un precio inferior a otros de mayor renombre, ofrece más versatilidad e idéntica eficacia. Recomiendo la opción con los cuatro colores, merece la pena. El manual en papel es algo confuso, pero en la web se encuentra material suficiente y además existen varios vídeos en Youtube que explican como utilizar estos dispositivos en casos de codo de tenis o codo de golf.

Had this product for a few months and it is nice that they are a fraction of the brand name and you get 4 different weight bars instead of just 1. Great budget find. Has held up and helped relieve the tennis elbow. Slow and consistent work has with the bar has improved my elbow.

Do what they say they will and cheaper than Therabar. Great for tennis elbow.
