Start with manufacturer's website and the user instructions / warranty which of course you have kept. Most can be downloaded but use Provider's site not one that seeks up upload dodgy files to your device.

Can you use this on fire glass for a wood burner

Highly unlikely. What you describe is a specialist piece of ceramics designed to withstand high temperatures and only craze without cracking. I don't think even a wet wheel diamond blade that a DiYer would have would touch it. Outside Provider with specialist cutter. Wouldn't attempt it myself. I've had a multi-fuel stove since the 1990's.

Can this cut Acrylic sheet?

It will score the acrylic most definitely. You then may be able to snap the sheet along the line you have made.
