I am genuinely appalled that this product is marketed as a “convenience” when in reality it is the very definition of a daily nuisance. The design flaw is glaring. The dual-reservoir system pulls from only one side, meaning the moment that side empties the machine halts, beeps incessantly, and demands both sides be refilled equally before it will function again. Imagine purchasing a modern water filtration system only to spend your day babysitting it like an antique teapot. That is my unfortunate reality.According to other reviews of this product:The company does not respond to emails, they have stripped the product from their own website, and it is clear they have abandoned accountability altogether. If you encounter an issue, you will face it alone. That should concern every potential buyer.To call this machine “reverse osmosis” is an insult to the term. It is nothing more than a glorified, overpriced counter ornament that makes you work harder for your glass of water. My refrigerator delivers water with more efficiency, reliability, and frankly, dignity.I purchased this unit hoping for convenience. a year later and i need to replace the filter and the 6-in-1’s been unavailable for months. nothing else is compatible. this product’s just been sitting in my kitchen, unused and isn’t even on thereye’s website anymore.

Compared to unfiltered water, and purified water using this machine, I can definitely taste a major difference in the quality. The purified water taste distinctly much cleaner and there’s less of a metal aftertaste compared to just boiled tap water - which is how I drink my water before investing in this machine. I’m not a fan of buying water bottles because those money add up so in order to find an alternative to that, I found out about purified water machine. It sits on my countertop without taking up much space and is easy to use. The water filter speed is quick and it is easy to use even for a beginner like me who just got started with purifying water. The water tank is also large enough for me to not have to refill water often. With this machine, I am able to drink purified water at a reasonable price at the touch of a fingertip. The initial cost is a lot but in the long term, I am saving a lot of money and it is also beneficial to my health, so I consider this well worth.

This product here it’s okay but I bought a extra filter with RO at the same time the offer it but when my filter need change it’s not for RO water filtration. I ordered a replacement it’s quite expensive it’s a little over $100.00 plus taxes. I cancelled the replacement filter coz it take over a month to get it. Very inconvenient

We've been having issues with our water: unwanted flavor, murky and slightly brown. I wanted a portable and reliable product to do the job of purifying my water. The Thereye did an outstanding job. Just pour the water in the reservoir, turn the devise on, push the start button, you have pure water that you can even see. I had a gage to measure the purity of the water just to make sure. The particles level in the water before purifying it was around 900-800 parts per million (ppm). Water is really bad here. After purifying the water it was 18-20 ppm.So far, so good but I'll definitely update if we have any issues down the road. If you're thinking about it, just get it! My only regret is that we didn't get it sooner.
