Delicious and Easy Soft Serve
The Dole Soft Serve Strawberry mix is excellent. The flavor is smooth, creamy, and tastes like real strawberry, not artificial or overly sweet. It comes out with a great soft-serve texture and is very easy to prepare. A little goes a long way, and the 4.5 lb bag lasts quite a while, making it a good value. It’s been a hit with everyone who’s tried it and works perfectly in a soft serve machine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, great-tasting strawberry soft serve mix.

Tasted okay if you like a more sour taste
The strawberry flavor was more sour than sweet. I was hoping for a more sweet flavor.

Stick with the Pineapple flavor!
I've had the lime and pineapple, and both are great! This flavor is artificial tasting and not good at all. I made the first batch with water, and threw it out. I them made a batch with 1 cup of each.....milk, heavy whipping cream and water. This way was definitely a better consistency then all water, but it was still too artificial tasting to enjoy. It was like a strawberry push pop type flavor. It all went in the garbage and I'm generally not picky.
