I have been taking this for well over a year now and can honestly say it’s been amazing. I no longer get cramps in my feet, I can feel my mood is lifted and my sleep is fantastic. I fall asleep well within 15 mins of taking them. They are a little large but you get used to it. I can’t recommend them enough!

I take 2 capsules before bed and they help me relax.

This magnesium combination is the one for me after trying quite a few brands over the years. Many people do not realise that there are different types of this supplement, and the body reacts to them differently. I find that this brand works best for me, so I do not look anywhere else.

I haven’t been using this product enough to comment on the health benefits but you need to take 2 capsules daily to meet the daily amount stated on the bottle and capsules are too big to swallow.
