If your seals are already at 100% and you add this, it will bring the seal to 120% and cause it to fail. It is a good oil but I would suggest to be careful, the label is misleading, as again 75k miles on a car (especially all highway miles) is not a lot. Smooth operation. Synthetic blend, so I would stick to a 5k mile (city) oil change interval or a 7.5k mile highway oil change interval. In my generator it works great and I change the oil every 100 hours or once a year. I rarely use it more than 15 hours a year. The oil always comes out the same color it went in. Moisture in the crankcase causes internal rust. Internal rust can damage the crank bearings. I have 4 GM cars. They all have high mileage. Let the car tell you when to change the oil.
