So I bought this product for my girlfriend and paid an extra £50 to have the chain as “silver”. After 3 weeks the chain snapped and I took it to my local jeweller to have it repaired, there I found out that the chain had no traces of silver and the jeweller said it is not repairable, the jeweller also mentioned to me that this is a common thing that happens with online silverware as most people don’t notice! Since then I’ve been in contact with the seller trying to get a refund where I’ve been told that they can’t refund me as the product has a silver certificate… extremely useless customer service. To anyone who wants to buy this MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS FEEDBACK AND BE CAREFUL!!!!
