I got these silicone molds to be able to make large ice blocks for a cold plunge. I'm happy with the value for the money, the ice blocks are very large, the quality of the molds is good, and they're very easy to use. The ice does stick inside of them a bit, and so you have to run warm water around the edge when you want the ice blocks to drop out, but they otherwise function very well for their purpose. The only other thing I would mention is that you want to wash them out after you use them, because the impurities of the water tend to stick on the silicone surface, so you need to scrub that gunk off in order to have nice ice cubes or ice blocks for the next round of your bath.

Good molds, I was worried about being able to walk from the sink with them filled but they are sturdy and can handle the walk. They are stiff.. it takes a few tries to get the knack of releasing the ice. They do have stretch marks after 2 months of use but holding up well. The ice stays way better than store bought. Will buy again.

Bought these for our portable ice tub instead of using frozen bottled water. These work perfect. Made of good quality, very easy to store and lasts for a few hours of freeze time.

Great for long camping trips. I filled these up 3/4 of the way and great size of block ice for camping cooler, they easily lasted 5 days. Saved $ from having to buy ice. Used butter knife along the sides helped with easy release of ice.

Purchased these primarily to fill my big ice chest so I don’t have to buy 10 bags of ice at ridiculous ice bag prices. I fill these up about an inch from the top and they are ready next day (24 hours). Easy to empty out, don’t stick. Buy these and save money on ice if you don’t require cubes. Recommended these to my buddy and he also loves them.

We use a lot of ice when traveling to ball games. These molds have mad it so much easier to keep water coolers fillled with ice. The ice blocks easily separates from the molds.

Works just fine for me. It froze completely solid in my deep freezer in less than 24 hours. I use this big block of ice to keep a 2 gallon water jug cold, and the block of ice lasts longer than the water 😉. The ice in the purple jug was from the day before. I was thinking of buying an actual ice maker, but this does exactly what I need. No funky bits of particulate in my ice. I’m thinking that’s an issue with that one star reviewer’s water.

Pretty flimsy and had to work with when full of water. The other thing is when frozen the ice takes a LOT of effort to remove. I've found you need to let them melt a while then push out from the back.
