New Zealand Colostrum, 6.3oz

I purchased this item for my two of my peterbald cats who are suffering with cold symptoms~~after trying several antibiotics to no avail, my vet says it's an upper respiratory virus that the cats own immune systems will have to beat. I was searching for something that would help boost their immune systems when I came across a description of how colostrum does exactly that. When the product arrived, I tried it out right away. The colostrum powder produces a nice consistency and smells fine to me, and I have high hopes for it's effect on boosting the cats' immunity~~we're still working on getting them over their colds, but I have seen some improvement. I think it works best if mixed in with something that helps to mask the faint odor of the product~~my cats will not lap it up in it's liquid form as they do not care for it's taste or smell, but they do eat it fine if mixed in with a tasty wet cat food. Another way to administer it would be to mix it into liquid form and syringe it into your pet, but my peterbalds have long memories and hold grudges, so it's easiest on me to let them eat it in their cat food! From my research online, the New Zealand variety is best since it does not come from cows who have been given antibiotics or hormones, but are grass-fed only.

I purchased this product in capsule form from this external website, Wolf Creek Ranch. These capsules are not 100% pure New Zealand Colostrum!! This is false advertising. This product contains magnesium stearate which is not good for one's digestive system. Well that's why I bought this, to help my digestive system!!! I have called Wolfe Creek and they said they will be in touch with Sadona Labs and get back with me. Advertising that this is 100% pure New Zealand Colostrum is not true. Stay away from this capsule product!Wolf Creek got back to me and they are switching the capsule for the powder and no charge including no shipping charges. The also offered me a refund, but I'd rather have the colostrum. With that type of service, I upgraded to 3 stars and will upgrade again if the product works well. I am very happy with Wolf Creek!!

I've ordered the Sedona New Zealand Colostrum before and I continue to order it. I've been using it for years because it works. I take it myself and I give it to my animals. It is part of our overall health protocols. I find that it makes a noticeable difference in helping us with our immune systems. We don't use it every day. We use it whenever we're aware of extra stressors or when the beginnings of symptoms appear. We take it until 3 - 5 days after the extra stressors dissipate or after the symptoms leave. The product stores very well at room temperature. I've also found the dosage instructions on the side label work for us.

I gave this to my son who has severe gastrointestinal issues (i.e., gas pain, constipation, night waking), but really found no difference/improvement after giving a dose daily for 2 weeks. I had much better luck using probiotics to help his gut.

We give this to our puppy, as recommended by the family who raised her. It's great - so easy to mix with water or chicken broth and add to kibble. Sometimes, she only wants her dry food when she has it with colostrum. We give it 2-3 times a week and it gives us a little extra peace of mind, since she is not fully vaccinated yet but attending puppy class now.

I use only Sedona Labs New Zealand Colostrum, mainly for the fact that it is from grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free cattle. I've used this product about 3 years. I use it for my dogs; I personally use the capsule form.

But my dog does not...could not disguise it in his food. I used this product with my female for years.I am convinced that is why she lived a long, healthy life. Just can't get my boy to eat it. :(

My alternative vet recommended this for the health of my dogs, and now I wouldn't be without it. My furkids are now 11 and 13 but have no health issues and are as energetic and happy as puppies.
