Update!!!!! Currently I'm using aligner after my braces and I want my teeth to be look healthy and white. First I got them original crest 3d level 20 but my teeth got super sensitive on 3rd day. So I switched to this one and I ddnt get any sensitivity or any problem at all. my teeth looked so good and healthy for just 8 days. Worth it & love it so far. Ps: More whiter inperson. Ddnt took a picture before but I uploaded my teeth before braces. Ty Update year 2026 my 2nd box treatment. Im telling you guys this is the one that realy works. I tried the other 3d crest which cheaper (without light) but wont work. This item realy works + Use 3d whitening deep stain remover toothpaste indicates (whitens teeth in 1 day.) As someone who has very sensitive teeth, I am very pleased with this product. If I do get any sensitivity, it is very minor and it does not last long (this only occurs after days of consecutive use periodically). When I first saw this product, I was skeptical of how well the LED light would work, but I was proven wrong! I noticed a difference in whiteness after just one use when using the light.

I’ve been using it for about 7 days, and so far, it works well. I haven’t experienced any discomfort while using it. After my first use, my teeth were very white, but the next day, they seemed a little bit yellow compared to how they looked initially. I hope the results last longer!

So I really didn’t have high hopes for this product because in the past I tried white strips before and they always caused tooth sensitivity. But once I saw these, I thought I’ll try them out based off the good reviews these got. 1. Absolutely no teeth sensitivity which was a high selling point for me. 2. the led light I think is a game changer 3. I didn’t notice much of difference in the beginning but I do after the 5 day of using these. 4. They were affordable so I will have no problem purchasing again in the future. Hopefully I can can keep them white for awhile. I did make some changes to my lifestyle of drinking coffee tea and wine. All the things that stain my teeth over the years. I still enjoy those beverages but make sure I always brush my teeth after drinking these types of beverages to prevent further staining.

Been using this for about a week now - I highly recommend taking a foto of your teeth on day 1 for comparison. By day 4 - I noticed a difference and took a foto for comparison and definitely my teeth were lighter. Full disclosure- I drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day, often smoke a cigar once a day, and drink some decaf chill out tea at night. So my teeth have a lot of room for color improvement. Today will be day 7 and I will take another foto for reference. Sorry, I'm not posting the pics, I really don't like the look of my teeth since they've gotten a bit crooked over the years. I also recommend that you dry your teeth a little before applying the strips and use your nail to press the strips into the little spaces your teeth might have. I don't notice any taste that is "bad". Basically just dentist type stuff that is sticky. 30 minutes goes by really fast, and then 5 minutes with the light is also over before you know it. Then taking the strips off can require a little bit of focus. They stick really well if you apply them into dry teeth. As for gum pain, I noticed a little irritation on day 3 then just adjusted the strip placement as i realized i had part of the strips covering my gum and that solved the problem. Since then, no issues. So far I really like this product and I'm looking forward to seeing my teeth at the end of next week.

It's been many years since I used an at-home whitening treatment like this because I experienced pain the last time that I used one & had to stop. So, I thought I'd give these Sensitive & Gentle strips a try. Before I rate them, I should mention that I have never smoked, been a coffee or tea drinker, or habitually eaten anything notorious for staining teeth. So, they weren't horrible to start with, just not like those bright white teeth one sees in ads. That said, the positive is that I experienced no pain whatsoever & they did whiten my elderly teeth somewhat which is the best that I can say about them. But, since I'm not one to give up easily, I will repeat this treatment when it is safe to do so rather than wait 20 years.
