Best chocolate chips. These have gotten really expensive and hard to find. I have gotten them from online restaurant supply sites and the shipping is outrageous. As long as you order these in cooler months, you are fine. They do not come on ice and I have gotten melted clumps. Ghirardelli has always been high quality. I bake a lot and make thousands of cookies every year. I use these in my chocolate chips cookies and also use it to dip different cookies. Just add a little coconut oil and melt slowly in the microwave. I also like that these aren’t as sweet as semi-sweet or milk chocolate. They have just the right amount of sweet. Great with some sea salt sprinkled on top of the cookies.

I had a minor issue and they were right on it. I have ordered through them 6 times and will continue in the future. Great experience and quality!!!!!

I tried these on an impulse and it changed the way I melt and eat chocolate now. The taste is absolutely delicious. They come in small amounts in sealed packages - they are always fresh, easy to use and look like little chocolate flying saucers. They are very high quality - love the texture and taste. They are not cheap - but in my opinion, worth every cent. They make all chocolate recipes extra special.

If you’re wanting to make Easter Candy for your grandchildren’s basket, you must try Ghirardelli chocolate wafers ! They melt easily & most importantly they taste amazing ! They are so much better than your generic chocolate wafers ! Everyone noticed the differenced in taste from the previous Easter bunny candy ! The texture is creamy, the chocolate wafers were fresh & were easy to melt & pour into molds. You want the candy to taste good & these chocolate wafers hit the mark! They may be a little pricey, but they are worth it !
