This review is on the customer service I experienced.First I will say, I did not get the full benefits from this probiotic. I have a lot of other health issues going on, so I do not think it was because it was a defective product, just not the one for me.Anyway, a couple weeks after I bought it, I got a follow up e-mail from Supernova asking how the Probiotic was working for me. It was not just an automated response either, but real customer service. I was honest, and said it did not seem to be helping much but I wanted to continue to try. They responded immediately saying they want me to be highly satisfied with the product, and if I am not they will give me a refund right away. I gave it some more time...but then contacted them about a week later saying it still did not seem to be helping much. They were very kind, responsive, caring, and gave me a refund right away.Even though this product was not right for me, this company has good morals and high standards to stand by their products.

I saw absolutely no difference when taking this product.

Not bad, just not a good product for it's type.I took 'em all, but I don't think I'll buy it again.

I never know when a probiotic is working but I do like it when a company sends me a product with a long shelf life and this had one.

This probiotic has seriously changed my life. I used to suffer from extreme bloating and stomach pain, to the point where I looked pregnant. It usually happened towards the end of the day, every day, and lasted until I went to sleep. I also couldn't go the bathroom for days at a time and was just so uncomfortable. My fiance, who's a doctor, suggested that maybe I should try a probiotic, so I ordered this one. Within a few days of taking it, all my symptoms were gone. I ran out of the first bottle and ended up buying another probiotic from Target, thinking that what I needed was just any old probiotic. I was so wrong! My bloating and constipation came back right away. So I got online and ordered Ultimate again, and my symptoms disappeared in no time! This is the only probiotic I will ever use now. I can't thank this company enough for how much this product has bettered my life.

You can really tell this is doing it's job. Very normal and soft BM's.

Keeps my stomach calm.
