You can’t imagine how many robot vacuums I previously have and non of them was as good as this one. This one is my life and time saver. I have white tile and the lights and windows at my house are such way that they show all the dirt and stains on the tiles , and this vacuum cleans it the best and never tired ,lol. I am using it couple of times every day and still perfect working. Thank you to manufacturers

I’ve only had the item a little over a week but it has changed my life. I have a dog and two little kids and spent MOST of my time cleaning up, with subpar results. I am lucky if I can do a single task for more than 5 minutes without being interrupted. As a result I was always irritated and annoyed, always feeling rushed and also defeated - not having a clean enough one AND not being the best mom to my little kiddos due to my grumpiness. I just do not thrive in a chaotic mess, especially when the only person who is ever going to do anything about it is me. I was definitely at my wits end and trying to find a cleaning service I felt good about coming into my home and nothing felt like the right move. Enter the robot vac/mop.I give the vacuum a 7.. the floor definitely doesn’t feel as clean after it vacs as it does after I go in with a Dyson, but paired with the mopping function the whole thing is a 15+/10. My floors feel clean. In my whole house, all at once — not one or two rooms a day. I feel better about having people come over. I have more time to get to the other stuff. I can actually relax. I can play with my kids. And they NOTICE. “Wow mom, I’m so glad you got that robot, now you have time to play with us and you’re so much more cheerful!” Are you kidding me?? Husbands with children, please consult your wife and talk about how this might benefit your household. Get one for your elderly parents (and program the app for them and make sure they won’t have to prep the house beyond their capabilities —- moving things off the floor so the vac doesn’t get caught). My children are encouraged to keep their toys and things off the floor so the vacuum doesn’t get them. “Turning down” the house at night feels more rewarding knowing I will wake up to freshly mopped floors. Thank you Narwal.A less emotional and more practical review is that the suction is decent, and can be adjusted - the battery dies quicker at higher suction — it also blows things around a lot, I think this is to help get things out of corners but is not flawless. The mopping function is perfection in my opinion. It can’t SCRUB but it will get daily grime and spills up no problem. The base is easy to work with as is the app. Seems well-built. A little noisy but nothing crazy. Kiddos can still watch a show or something while it runs. I love it!

I've owned iRobot Vacuums pretty much since they've been invented, and I ended up trading in both our mop robot and a vacuum for the Freo and was not disappointed. Today, we still have an iRobot S4, which is fairly current, and without a doubt, this machine destroys them all.First, it's worth mentioning that LiDAR is a game changer. Unlike older technology that relies on infrared, LiDAR presents a significant upgrade in obstacle detection, which allows the robot to create optimized plans. This dramatically speeds up vacuuming and mopping.One of the marquee features is the fact that hair is not only captured but also does not tangle the rollers. On an iRobot, the tangled hair must be addressed constantly, or else the rollers will tear. On this machine, nothing tangles the rollers at all.In general, I've found the robot to be more hassle-free, faster, and it leaves my floors far cleaner than any combination of robots that I've owned.The app is the one weak area - the UI is complicated and obtuse. There are typos and grammar errors.Another somewhat weak area is that there is a good amount of cleaning that needs to happen. You need to do more than empty the vacuum and change the mop pads. The tray needs to be cleaned regularly, and the robot requires its various parts to be removed and addressed perhaps every 1500 sq ft of cleaning or so.Despite these minor gripes, the machine feels durable, and ours looks and works like new despite regular use. Our house has some larger rooms, but we have no issues running the machine for several hours continuously. The machine charges quickly, and we hardly ever notice issues.I can't comment on suction for carpets, but for wood floors, it more than suffices, and we are generally pleased. We don't see much of anything on the ground, so from our perspective, it is able to pick up what it needs to do and gets the job done.Overall, this is one of the best purchases we've made in years, and we are grateful.
