It's a zip tie...always need them.

The zip ties worked perfectly. I used some of them to tie fairy lights to my deck railing. I didn't want to drill holes so I decided to try using zip ties. I used a light rope to position the lights then the zip ties for a more permanent arrangement, removing the rope afterwards. The ties are basically invisible so you only get to see the string of lights during the day and of course the lights at night. I purchased the 12" ties. They worked perfectly. I would have preferred ordering a smaller amount, I only used 15. I'm sure I will find something to do with the other 85. : )
