It has different type of bread recipes, such as sourdough. Really good book

Great recipes that require low effort
Recipes are straight to the point, effective (which proves that they were thoroughly tested by KA's Test Kitchen), and results are great. I've already tried some of them, like Pain de Campagne and mushroom/cabbage dumplings, and they yielded awesome bread!

Nice book. Expensive, but I needed a book for my bread making & this was highly recommended. Plenty of info & ideas.

Great Addition to the Cookbooks
If you’re new to baking or just looking for more recipes highly recommend. The recipes are very easy to follow and provide you with enough information to help make the process go smoothly. Baking bread can be tricky but after all the guidance I was confident. I was wiping out bagels and English muffin bread. So much more to the bread baking world than just plain white bread. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase
