Q: someone said element & zodiac references on some of the wands are incorrect! ::can anyone else verify this??? thanks : )

There is included in the set, a two sided set of charts explaining in their graphs fully in full color the relationships, elements and zodiac signs assigned to each. Hope this was helpful.

From what I have observed through my examination of the deck is that so far everything seems to be correct. However, I bought them for the reference to the explanation of the meanings of the cards for easier reads while practicing further. As for what someone else says, they could be giving you opinion based solely in bias so what I will say is do your homework. Some say po-tay-to and some say po-tah-to…..and all mean the same thing.

Q: Does it tell you how to arrange card and set up a reading?

This comes with a booklet that has all the explanations of each card and has several different reading layouts in it as well. The booklet will explain the layouts and the cards specific instance in its placement in the readings. Hope this helps. They are really cool and I enjoy mine.
