Q: Will this fit a 2022 ktm 300 xcw tpi?

Yes it will fit. Handlebars have different widths in the middle, but the hand area is always the same.

Q: Will they work with heated grips and hand gaurds?

The will work fine with hand guards but grip heaters I would say no. They are bonded on plastic tubes so the under grip heating pads won’t work.
