My son says it is the most comfortable computer/gaming chair he has ever had. Extremely comfortable, breathable, great neck support, cool design. He also loves coat hanger at the back as a bonus. Very easy to put together. His favorite chair now!

The chair feels good quality, very comfortables.The instructions are very poor. It could be a very easy assembly, if just the images or the parts gave more guidance.

Happy I bought it, tho it was a little costly but definitely worth it and worth the money. I work from home and spend 8 to 9 hrs sitting at my computer. This chair is made for it - supports lower back and neck and has adjustable armrests. The quality is top notch, all materials are high quality and the chair is sturdy built.

I very much wanted this chair to work as I transitioned from office-based work, to a home office.The look and finish is decent for plastic. Unfortunately, the armrests have too much give in them (they feel flimsy). While I like that the seat pan can adjust back/forth, my biggest problem with this chair is that it does not even come close to conforming to my proper ergonomic posture when sitting upright. In fact, it encourages poor posture by pushing out right above the waist line (lower than one would want for lumbar support), and results in the seat back not making any contact nor providing any support for your back.After adjusting the chair, the best position results in a backward leaning posture which is very uncomfortable.The seat cushion, if used completely by itself, is comfortable to sit on though. But that's not why I purchased an ergo chair.I have completed a variety of ergo trainings and know how to properly adjust the chair. I'm afraid this chair doesn't have the capability of ergonomically supporting me. What's most bothersome is the degree of just how far from the mark that goal is! Sitting straight upright, it is approximately 5-6 inches from my spine, to the back of the chair!For me, I'm afraid this isn't worth the money and now I have to figure out how to lug this quite heavy box (once repacked) to the nearest Kohls to ship it back! Save your money, back, and time.

I’m overall happy with my purchase. I’m not excited that I paid so much for any one chair, but I do believe this chair did have most features and decent reviews for the price, in comparison to others. I did a lot of research to end up here.It was easy to put together. I’m pretty petite and probably could have done it all alone, but my husband did all of the lifting. He brought the box in, held one part while I put screws in and put the chair back and seat on the bottom piece. May have taken 20 minutes total. Instructions weren’t terrible, but small things were omitted. They don’t tell you which part of the seat or arms is the front causing for a little guess work. The instructions for attaching the back to the seat was also lacking. But not a deal breaker since it makes sense when you take a little time to think about what the outcome should be.The features work as advertised. The recline is nice. Headrest and armrest can be moved in several different angles. I really like the lumbar support.It looks nice and is pretty comfortable, though I’m not too sure about the seat yet. It’s pretty firm and I fear that it will not last but well see. As I mentioned, I’m petite at 4’11” around 130lbs. My feet barely touch the ground. I use a under desk stair stepper to rest my feet. I expected this. I also added different wheels which could have caused the chair to be raised a little more.Overall happy with the purchase.
