Not good for health in longer run
Based on the label, I do not recommend this protein supplement, and here’s why:Main Concerns:1. High Trans Fat (1.64g per serving) – This is a big red flag. Even small amounts of trans fat are harmful over time and are not expected in health supplements.2. Added Sugar – While not extreme, any added sugar in a protein powder, especially one aimed at health-conscious users, is unnecessary.3. Lack of Clarity – It doesn’t clearly state the source of trans fats or why it’s present in such a high amount (which is unusual for a protein supplement).
