I bought these to install on a front black beauty plate. (hence the black to go unnoticed) Only to open the package with 2 caps instead of 4, some empty plastic packaging, and 4 used bolts that will probably rust now.

Almost the same as OEM
Dimensions are a little off from OEM specs. Heads are 10mm, not 3/8". Shanks measure .007" less in diameter. They install with less of an interference fit, but I don't suspect they'll come loose. Very tiny amounts of the black finish comes off with installation, leading me to believe the coating is black paint. The underlying material has a mirror-like silver finish, which seems to be stainless steel. Meh. But if they don't rust as readily as the OEM screws, they'll turn out to be a superior part.

Black chips off VERY easily
When to go screw the first one in and when I took the screwdriver off the black had come off where I had screwed it in. Same with every other one. Keeping these in until I can get replacements.
