Good for hydration only
It did provide hydration but can't say same about dark circle or hollowness. Blends easily and it comes with a inbuilt metal applicator which makes it easy to apply. Doesn't feel sticky or irritate your skin after application.

Very poor quality.I used it 2 files.but not a inch it works.my eye puffiness and black circles same as it was.not worthy.recomnend not to buy
