ElectroCookie Raspberry Pi 5 Case, Aluminum Mini Tower Case with Cooling Fan and Color Changing Ambient Light (Silver)

Plenty of working space inside for mini projects I got like 4 hats into it. I repurposed it and didn’t go with their original fan design but it was height I was looking for and a little working room. Plus able to build outside case and slide in was easy. Looks sharp and my little AI pi works great. The sides were great for adding a little usb fan 40mm with the classic fan on board and the 40mm attached to the “glass” stays under 40c most time. Look at 40mm USB fan 4pack for the money but the Pano-mounts get fast delivery to go with this. I’m sure if you are just looking for the jazzy style though the fan and heat sinks in this unit seem great. I just like the roomy design inside and still the class small outside look. M2 posts attach the fan great to the sides. Get yourself assortment pack if you plan on modifying things. I’m certain it works great as is though for many people. Thank you.

Very cool case! Looks great on my desk and does a nice job keeping the Pi cool. Also, the shipping was super quick! A++Be aware that all the parts and fasteners are very tiny. :)

This case came with all parts and is slick to look at! The brightness of the LED’s is noticeable but not overbearing since the acrylic is tinted. The Pi fits perfectly inside with no loose sounds and is very quiet. The build quality is great. No loose panels, the power button is responsive, it’s all tight!

Very easy to assemble and definitely gives the Pi a secure, attractive housing with room for accessories. I wish I would have ordered the model that comes with the HAT for an bootable external SSD because I ended up adding it on after. The LEDs on the fan are not super bright or obnoxious which was a plus for me. The only design flaw for me was that adding a camera is difficult. Not only do you have to open the whole case again and pull the board out, you have to remove the HAT to get to the camera slot, the ribbon had to bend and flip all over the place to have any hope of reaching an access slot in the side or front of the case. Most stock connectors probably would not be long enough and there is no obvious mounting point for the camera on the exterior, which meant the camera module was just flopping around and getting tipped over. Seems like there is a lot of unused vertical space inside the case and increasing the space to add connectors to the Pi would have been helpful. In the end, I swapped for a usb camera module that was plug and play and much easier to connect and disconnect if I change my mind or use it on another project. All in all, a great solution that was easy to assemble and keeps your install neat and tidy as well as cool.

Well made out of aluminum with great anodizing. Fits the pi very preciseily.Seems to require under mount for NVMe drives if you use the included cooling fans.Push button is really slick. Nicely engineered overall and super nice quality.

This enclosure kit was very well made and easy to assemble. Very happy with this purchase!
