Decent, comes with all the hardware
A decent set of cleats. The quality isn't really there (definitely Chinese made) but they get the job done. It's nice that the hardware is included and the bots sit flush.

Cleat seems well made but the lag bolt hole opening ...
Cleat seems well made but the lag bolt hole opening is way too small. Do you expect us to use deck screws?... Sorry not going to work to secure my boat. I will be returning and finding something else.
