Tasty but oddly a little dense…
It’s definitely tasty. I gave it 4 stars because it’s not free flowing and stuck to the inside of the bottle. Not because it’s dry but because it seems almost moist.

SUCH AMAZING SUMAC!
My husband and I love this Sumac so much! We find ourselves putting it on so many things! It's the seasoning you never knew you had to have!!! Love it on soups, in our 'dipping olive oil' for bread, on our savory meals as if we were adding salt or pepper! It just goes on sooooo many things! I have a bottle of Sumac I had bought previously, and it just doesn't hold a candlestick to this one! I had just thought Sumac was so-so with that older bottle, until I had someone recommend this one, and wow! Has a beautiful lemony taste to it, and it is not all dried out like the other bottle we had previously. I'm so glad we tried it! We love it on everything. I have this on constant re-order, sometimes 2 a month for only two people! It's truly that amazing.
