I seriously love this tea. It's delicious, beneficial and cozy to drink. I could def tell the difference in digestion after a few cups of this tea and I'm not disappointed. I will be buying this tea again because I miss the taste alone.highly recommend

This tea tastes fresh with a subtle sweet note, I found it helpful in keeping the body from excessive fluid retention, which sometimes happens after having high-salt restaurant meals

Contents of tea are packages in individual non paper but woven bags. All the tea bags are in one big packaging without that are not individually sealed. Makes a yellowish colored tea. Slight nutty smell with a mild nutty flavor. I cannot tell if it is actually clearing out the dampness in my body.

The tea brews into a bright golden color and smells fresh and clean. It doesn’t have any of that overly bitter or medicinal aftertaste that I’ve noticed in other herbal blends. It actually feels light and calming, which is great when I’m trying to wind down or when my digestion feels a little off. One thing I really appreciate is how clean the ingredients are. No additives or artificial junk, just a mix of things you can recognize. The individual tea bags are sealed well and don’t leave a mess of herbs at the bottom of the cup. It’s become part of my daily self-care routine, and I’ll probably keep it stocked year-round.
