Delicious and Perfect for Sushi at Home
This sauce is delicious! It has the perfect balance of sweet and savory and adds so much flavor to homemade sushi rolls. I’ve also used it over rice and other dishes, and a little goes a long way. The consistency is nice and thick, so it’s easy to drizzle without making a mess. I especially appreciate that it’s gluten free since that can be difficult to find with sauces like this. Definitely something I’ll keep in the fridge!

None of us thought it was salty, just delicious
Trying to save money so I started doing simple sushi bakes. And I drizzled it all over, but of course we all needed more when we served ourselves. I’ve used it multiple times and One of my kids has celiac and she’s never had an issue with it. I did not think it was salty. It was thick and delicious. I even used it when made fried sushi rolls wrapped in rice paper

Delicious
I feel in love with Eel sauce at a local sushi place. When I saw this on Amazon I was skeptical it would be as good as .... but it's delicious! Can taste the soy sauce a bit more in this brand, which was a plus for me.

Not as sweet as my usual sushi sauce
Not terrible but I needed to add honey to it to make it taste like my normal sushi sauce. Not real thick but it did thicken a little more with the honey added. If you are looking for the flavor usually found when ordering sushi, try a small amount with honey added a little at a time.
