Product is decent. Okay build quality considering the price. Highly suggest pay extra to get a better one. Also terrible customer service. Also they never restock the extra nozzles so if you're like, stuck with a broken nozzle, you're just left with a very expensive water gun. Lemonade out of lemons. Buy Agaro for the same price. At least they stock extra nozzles incase of breakage.

The flosser is good but cap is getting loose after few months of usage

I'm a dentist. I have normal teeth and gums. I tried this for around 12 days everyday. Packaging: It was in the original box with seal. It has the warranty information and everything. Battery life: Very good. It was already charged when I received it and it's battery hasn't finished yet. I didn't even charge it once. I use it once every night. Functionality: Works good. Removes all plaque and food debris between the teeth. Though you need dexterity to move it near the gum line and in between every tooth. So it can take some time to learn it and get used to it. Water pressure: it has 8 water pressure modes. I started with soft mode. it was excessive force for me at first but after 2-3 days it felt normal and it works good to remove all plaque. Water quantity: I need to refill the tank 3-4 times in one session. I tend to use up the tank in one arch. & 300ml size tank. tips: the tips are good and I didn't have the need to change the tip yet. I don't think anything will ever happen to the tips. noise: yes it does make some noise but it's very less than a hair drier and not causing any problem to me. waterproof: the water flows over the buttons so many times. Though it's advised not to immerse it in water, nothing adverse has happened to it yet. I definitely recommend using this.

The product quality is good. It’s my first-time using a water flosser, so I started with power level 3. It hurt a little here and there but my gums didn’t bleed. I like the water capacity, the power levels, and the pulse mode.
