Very simple to use, discrete package and worked very well unfortunately!

I recently tried this STI test kit, and i was happy with how easy it is to use. The convenience of being able to test for two sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in one kit is good. It saves time and eliminates the need for multiple tests, allowing for comprehensive screening in the comfort of my own home. The testing process itself was straightforward and discreet. The kit comes with clear instructions. Once I completed the test the results were available quickly and accurately I recommend this Test to anyone looking for a convenient, reliable, and discreet way to monitor their sexual health.

Seriously, where on the box or instruction leaflet accompanying this 2-in-1 test kit is the number of drops of urine stated? The instruction's pictorial guide at this stage just shows the double test drawn unwrapped and ready with the image of a dropper held above with a single drop to convey what to do. I was left wondering if I just needed to add one drop to just one of the 2 sample reservoirs or, as I had to guess, added to both tests. Therefore, I did add 1 drop of urine into both test reservoirs but when after a minute or two no sign of the liquid was evident moving up the tests I had to YouTube how to do the test. 4 drops of urine are needed be added to both test reservoirs. I added the additional drops as soon as I was aware they were needed but have no doubt that at least one of the two tests didn't work because of this and that the negative shown on the other was unreliable. So, unless I'm a complete idiot who couldn't see for the life of her the instruction confirming 4 drops were required, in which case I'll apologise for my blindness, I wasted almost £20 buying a test that didn't offer me clear enough instructions. Thank goodness for YouTube users. The product's own marketing video still didn't provide any useful information, no more than images of the box which was unhelpful. I wish I'd watched a couple of user videos offering advise on the best urine sample to collect and use and clarified that 4 drops of the golden liquid was needed for each test to kick to life. I am, therefore, left utterly unimpressed after purchasing this no cheap product and, equally, unable to exchange or return it for a refund. For me, it was hard to use because of the poor instructions or instructions too overly complicated that the 4 drops wasn't more easily clear to new users. Both tests were unfortunately totally inaccurate.

Simple to use with easy to understand instructions, immediate result, better than contacting GP.
