Review: For any age - I bought this when my 46 year old skin started breaking out terribly..like high school. My chin was the main problem. I did some research and perimenopause. I was unsure but decided to try this. I use it every night as directed and it started working within days. I had been so embarrassed and now have clear skin again. I have been using it for about 6 weeks or so and have had no breakouts. You just put it on like moisturizer in the areas you need it. Very easy. The tube lasts a long time; you only need a little bit. You definitely want to use an exfoliator while using this to get rid of the dead and dry skin. I’m using it every other night now. I use an oil free moisturizer when I have this on. Definitely use sunscreen when using this. I’m very satisfied with this product.

One day, I watched a dermatologist's video on the best products for aging skin, and she recommended Adapalene followed by Am-Lactin. Ohhhh Myyy! It's not as irritating as some of the other products are to me. It's erasing my chicken skin bumps! I'm still waiting on some of the rosacea areas to calm down, but they are much better. I've begun using it on my neck and decolletage, but not every day. Amazing! I have been cautious and am alternating with skin barrier protection and moisturizers (and sunscreen!). I am so pleased with my results and the improved value with this combo vs. the other products I was using. As always, your mileage may vary.
