Not what I expected.
I do not like the sticky sufarces on this balance beam. I did not expect that I could not use it with shoes on.Be aware that the beam cannot be use diwth shoes on, as the sticky surface wil cause you to fall when your shoe soles stick to the beam! If you do not mind using it barefooted, then it is OK. I do not have good enough balance to use it barefooted.
