Wireless Hdmi Extender, Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver, Plug & Play Wireless HDMI Extender, Portable Wireless HDMI Kit, Support 2.4/5GHz for Streaming Video and Audio to Monitor from Laptop/Pc/Tv Box/Projector Review: Solid product, workโs great - Bought these a year or two ago and never used them. Just finished setting up my man-cave theater/game room in my finished basement and was moving my Xbox from the upstairs tv to the downstairs and vice versa to play. Then I remembered I had these, plugged them in using the USB power port on the Xbox and USB port on the tv for power and they worked amazing and worked instantly. Itโs not 4k, only 1080p but the picture, game play and quality is perfectly fine for my games. Great and handy product! Review: Perfect for my Nintendo Switch! - This thing is literally plug and play. No setup required whatsoever. At first I was thinking this would be a cool way to extend my PC over to my TV. Which that's awesome too. But then I thought about using it on the Switch, which is my living room, and casting it to my bedroom without having to move the console. So, I just plugged in the HDMI to the TV and used the TV's USB for power. Then did the same with my Nintendo Switch, using it's USB for the other power. The cords are also nicely marked telling you which ones for what. With words and picture saying TV on one and then Computer on the other, so you don't get them mixed up. Once I had that all squared away, I turned on my Switch in the living room and my Television in the bedroom. Boom! Booted right up to the Nintendo menu. Played through some games and noticed really no lag or interruptions at all. Syncs much better than running a system across WiFi ala, PS Remote play or Steam Link. If anything, there probably is the most minute, tiny bit of difference. Like that of a wireless controller compared to a cabled one. Very small. But I no issues in Mario 64, Doom 3, and Horizon Chase 2. All played as smooth as a Switch can do. Now I'm only about 15 or 20 feet away from system here, with no walls. So keep that part in mind if you are trying to play it 3 rooms down the hall. It says it's best for around 10 meters, maxed at 30 meters. I'm definitely in about the sweet zone. The other thing with this cable to keep in mind, is that it's only 1080p at 60hz. Once again, ideal for Switch and my bedroom screen is only those specs anyways. The average PC would be fine enough and really, for the convience of wireless, wouldn't be too much of a trade off for Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5. But all the 1080p or 720p systems would be most ideal. That goes for PS4, Xbox One, WiiU, PS3, Xbox 360, and if you got an adapter for any older than that consoles. Blu Rays and DVD players as well. I think the way I'll eventually hook this up is with a screen HDMI duplicator. One for my Living Room TV and then this wireless one to run to the bedroom with the Switch. Just leave a wireless controller at each side and I'm always good for Nintendo gaming. Overall, super impressed here. And there's so many other good possibilities of uses for this. Like a presentation without cords in the way. Or running a game system safely at a party. Good times ahead.

Good and simple solution, some compressed quality
I got this so that I could cast from my laptop or desktop to a screen of choice without cables. This wireless HDMI transmitter is a pretty good one. It works very simply without needing any configuration. The designated receiver and transmitter are easy to understand and useable without fuss. What this is for: movies, presentations, low-interaction or slow-paced content, streams or screen duplication for viewers What this is not for: High interaction content (delay is noticeable even when close) such as games as a player, 4k, Distance wise I was able to go much further than expected, but at the expected cost of a few glitches in the stream and as stated in description lag. It went though about 3 walls and a floor while transmitting. Close by there is still a delay but with wireless that's expected. What's obvious, and somewhat expected, is that there is compression in the video stream. It becomes more evident when pushing to a larger TV vs a smaller screen as I was able to quickly observe the artifacts of compression. For comparison I was casting D+ and the first image shows the artifacts while original does not on laptop screen. Power wise the transmitter may exceed some devices as I saw 0.7A draw from usb, but for most modern computers this should be ok. I'd also say, as said in description, a 1A 5V supply is a minimum requirement if using anything other than computer. Using this with windows11 worked just fine. What didn't work was with a raspberrypi 4. It seems there's no "source" mode to let the pi know during boot which leaves it with a black screen and "waiting for signal" message on the receiver screen. The units connect just fine and even states they are connected. Given this, it's possible it could cause troubles for other devices on boot-up for devices.
