Does this product have an ammonia smell? Not a problem but it would be good to know in advance.

Although this item does have a smell to it, it’s not too intense. I have used this several times and it is one of the most mild relaxers on the market.

I washed my hair until the sampo was gone.and my hair was still turn pink will my hair be ok

Rewash your hair with the neutralizing shampoo again if you havent gotten rid of it. If so just wash your hair with regular shampoo.

Is it a complete set with hair treatment and such?

Yes, it comes with the treatment (cream, activator & oil moisturizer that gets mixed together), 1 time use shampoo & conditioner

Do I shampoo hair first? Apply on wet hair? Also would previous chlorine buildup effect results?

Do not do anything to the hair before applying Relaxer. You do not want to irritate the scalp before. Apply to dry hair. I would NOT apply if chlorine buildup is in hair.
